Webinar in English: Dreaming and Lucid dreaming in a nutshell

We keep on dreaming, for all of our life. Once dreams were considered messages from the gods, today we see them as messages from the unconscious. They lead us into wonderful worlds and inspire us, at least in an ideal situation. Their darker side also exist: the bad dreams, the nightmares that interrupt our sleep and awaken us in fear.

Exploring these dream worlds is a matter of dream work.

To wander through these dream worlds consciously and to be able to influence the dream plot is the wonderful, intense world of experience of lucid dreams.

In this webinar you will discover how the content of dreams can be remembered better and understood and how the worlds of lucid dreaming can reveal themselves.
